Carly Ahlen is a Kent-based sab and self-professed marine mammals medic, drone pilot and migratory birds specialist.  

Sources tell us that Ahlen is a known sab in the Kent area who disrupts legal activities in the name of animal rights activism. She is quoted in a League Against Cruel Sports article as “out every weekend with West Kent Hunt Saboteurs.”  

At the end of last season, Ahlen was seen carrying something that looks suspiciously like a baton while masked and out sabbing.  

Ahlen's Fake Dating Profile Exposed

Ahlen has been caught using a fake identity on Hinge, the online dating app, to target people in the hunting and countryside community.

Posing as 'Clementine', Ahlen's profile paints a picture of a woman who enjoys "The Countryside… Traditional British Values and old school" - curious interests for someone who spends her weekends terrorising rural communities and attacking one of the country's oldest traditions.

But the disguise didn't hold up to scrutiny. The phone number she provided to our source links directly to her role at GABO Wildlife - and, better still, to her LinkedIn account.

Nice try, Ahlen. You've been caught.

So if you come across a Landie-loving, privately educated pilot on your dating apps, think twice. It might just be Carly Ahlen hiding behind 'Clementine'.

Heiress Ahlen?  

Ahlen is thought to linked to Åhléns, a family-owned chain of Swedish department stores. With locations in almost every city in the country, it is Sweden's fourth-largest group of fashion stores. The company’s online revenue amounted to $110.5m in 2023. 

Mixed Signals  

Ahlen has described the death of a fox as “one of the most traumatic things I have ever seen.” Quite a statement from the full-time animal rehabilitator and ex-Royal Logistics Corps army veteran (she even uses her "fieldcrafts and military background out in the countryside monitoring fox hunts"). Ahlen’s commitment to the sanctity of all life may strike readers as somewhat at odds with her past career in the military.
